Monkfish and Cherry Tomato Skewers

Wash the pepper, cut it in half and remove the seeds. Cut each half into 6 small squares.
On a wooden skewer, place a monkfish cube, then a square of pepper and a cherry tomato. Do this twice in each skewer.
Place the skewers on a hot grill for about 25 minutes, turning them regularly to avoid charring.

How do you know if your body “lacks” Magnesium?
